Our Returns Policy

We want you to love your AuraGlow Supply purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Due to hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
3. If approved, we'll provide return instructions.
4. Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
